This discrimination suit was filed in Los Angeles and will reach the state's superior courts soon. Linda Carlson, a lesbian has said that eHarmony would not allow her to use their services because they have no "women seeking women" search options. eHarmony has 12 million people registered in their user database and is considered one of the premiere dating services. They have said that their search tools and results are based on personality trait research that they have never done for homosexual or bisexuals therefore they cannot offer accurate find results.
