We use the term "crazy" to describe a lot of people.  Most of them probably are not technically crazy.  Maybe they do or say crazy things.  Maybe they are really just funny people that you think are crazy because you don't see the humor.  Maybe they are just weird people, which again is a matter of perspective.

I come from a large mid-western family as does my husband.  His family is crazy; mine is just weird.  This is not perspective, this is just cold hard fact.

He has a brother who rammed our car (with our two kids inside) because my husband wouldn't let him play on the team.  That is crazy.  I have a brother who moves from state to state and friend to friend so he doesn't have to work.  That's weird.

I find people are often weird, crazy, funny or insane at any particular time in their lives.  That's part of what makes us who we are.
