Not only will they help you find people but they will also check out their birth and death certificates, criminal records and just about anything else you can imagine. It seems somewhat creepy to me. I don't think it should be legal for someone to be able to look up your personal information that way. That kind of information could lead to identity theft or at least make it easier for someone to steal your identity. There are other ways to find people depending on what your intentions are.
