I'd like to talk to them about their experiences with solar cooking, and see if we can't sponsor some kind of cooking festival locally. Then I'd love to find people who own a restaurant who want to introduce solar cooked food to the menu. With the current energy crisis, it seems to me that it's a good time to look at alternative energy sources that can take the burden off the grid and the gas pump, and provide wholesome, delicious solar cooked food. The beauty of solar cooking is that once you buy the oven, there are no more expenses, other than a little vinegar and water to clean the solar panels once in a while. It's amazing to watch food cook for free outside in the sun, and the flavors develop beautifully. I believe that if I could find people who are into naturally processed food that we could advance the cause of it. Before gas prices start sending us into the economic danger zone, I'd like it to become more mainstream in many more households in this country.
