The world is full of crazy people and the crazy things humanoids invent. Recently Boston Dynamics released a video of its most advanced quadruped robot, BigDog. The company received a $10 million DARPA award to "produce a robot with animal-like strength and mobility." A robot with the ability to run, maneuver and jump to avoid obstacles. The robotic dog does all kinds of cool things in the video including: climbing through the woods, through snow and recovering its balance after being pushed.
