Strange News: Man Declares War on the Water Company |

 People can do strange things to solve their problems. Ron Borgna of Binghamton, New York has been disputing his water bill since September 2006 when he received a bill for $422.90. Borgna claims he was overbilled. Weird things like this can and do happen, let's face it. With additional charges, penalties and late fees the water bill has grown a little larger to $2,509.66.

Missouri inmate, Norman Lee Toler, serving 10 years for statutory rape is a devout Jew and ordered kosher food. The nerve of the prison chef to ignore his religion.
